Relationships

Relationships within Arabs are very tight. We tend to regularly keep in touch with our family and relatives (every Friday) if possible as we tend to highly value family life.

In business as well, it is important for us to keep our contacts in the loop whenever possible, as the strongest ways to get things achieved is when you know someone who can assist.

Relationships between a man and a woman are kept to a minimum. It is perfectly fine for both genders to interact in the corporate world, and you will notice that many try to keep their relationships as professional as possible, so as to not have other people suspect or spread misleading gossip.
